Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be integral to the RAC Operations team, specifically within the manufacturing sector. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.
The Manufacturing Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing expense management, month-end financial close processes, standard cost accounting for manufacturing, and inventory oversight. Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and standard cost accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Cost Accountant to ensure accurate monthly reporting of Operations expenses
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries with necessary documentation
- Manage expense workflows and review coding requests
- Support the management and inventory of fixed assets for the Operations team
- Document and support annual and periodic standard cost updates
- Identify and implement improvements in ERP systems and cost accounting practices
- Maintain and update reports for monthly and quarterly financial reporting using Syteline/CSI, Power BI, and Oracle FCCS
- Provide necessary data to corporate representatives as required
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly budget variance analysis
- Support evaluations of internal controls, JSOX compliance, and risk assessments
- Participate in quarterly Finance team meetings
- Prepare audit schedules and analyses as needed, interfacing with external auditors
- Contribute to the annual physical inventory count
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork to achieve corporate and departmental objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide analytical and financial support to various departments as necessary
- Perform additional tasks as required
