As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. You will oversee service orders and the flow of our Drive Lane, taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to serve and a friendly personality. They will be organized, able to manage others, and possess strong time management skills. With excellent communication skills, they will be able to work with little supervision and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of service orders and the flow of our Drive Lane
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience to ensure a positive impression
  • Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries
  • Ensuring daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
  • Distributing work between technicians efficiently

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
