Ideal candidates will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, all while finding joy in providing nourishing, wholesome meals crafted with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the service counter, kitchen, and dining space.
  • Adhere to established opening and closing protocols.
  • Follow sanitation regulations diligently.
  • Ensure a tidy kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
  • Keep the dining area organized and free of clutter.
  • Properly store all food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and ingredients, including suitable pairings.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, including takeout and delivery services.
  • Manage phone inquiries, greet patrons, and handle all dining and delivery orders efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Foster customer satisfaction through relationship-building and retention efforts.

Food & Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare fruits and vegetables for various menu offerings, including juices and smoothies.
  • Engage in light cooking, heating, and assembling dishes to order, including grab-and-go items (experience as a Line Cook is advantageous).
  • Ensure consistency in plating, portion control, and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality service in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Office) and familiar with POS systems.
