Job Title: Caf Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Caf Associate to join our team at Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods. As a Caf Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive experience in our café.
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and display of products.
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffees and baked goods, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Engage with customers, asking about their preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Food handlers card and OLCC license required.
