Job Opportunity

NW Employment Solutions is seeking skilled individuals to train for the operation of our advanced Coating and Converting Equipment.

Job Type and Compensation

Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $25.00.

Shift Options

Available shifts include 1st shift (5am-5pm) and 2nd shift (5pm-5am), with no weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Coating and Converting Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and controlling the equipment, either as a solo operator or part of a 2-operator team.
  • Manufacturing linerless adhesive products, pressure-sensitive laminations, and double-sided tapes.
  • Performing quality inspections using automated inspection equipment and reporting any anomalies.
  • Maintaining logs and reports, and ensuring procedures are followed to prevent waste generation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Basic machine maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Quality inspection and machine systems handling experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Basic math skills and basic reading comprehension.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
