- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of field employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our client accounts, including scheduling, budgeting, and expense control.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our company's policies and procedures are followed, and that all necessary compliance and risk management measures are in place.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3 or more years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, budgeting and expense control experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Physical Demands: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The work environment has a moderate noise level. The individual may be required to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift, talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift, and lift up to 25 pounds for up to 1/3 of the work shift.
Language SkillsThe ability to communicate effectively in the English language is required. The ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is also required.
Math SkillsThe ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals is required.
Reasoning AbilityThe ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations is required.
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 3 or more years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, and previous aviation industry experience are preferred.
