POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Runner is essential in creating a memorable experience for our guests. This position involves moving throughout the hotel to ensure that both guests and staff receive the necessary items and support promptly. Runners play a vital role in various departments, assisting with deliveries to guest rooms, and providing support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office.

Success in this role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, ensuring confidentiality, and upholding high-quality standards. Runners must present themselves professionally and be prepared for a physically demanding role that includes standing, walking, and navigating through various spaces, including stairs and service ramps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver items to guest rooms and assist other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
