At Timmons Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Project Manager to lead our survey projects in the Raleigh, NC office.
The successful candidate will manage and perform design-related surveying projects using relevant software, modeling, and CADD technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee multiple mid-sized projects, small projects, or large projects simultaneously.
- Client Development: Maintain superior relationships with clients and cross-sell Timmons Group services.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and bill clients.
- Schedule and Budget Management: Manage project schedules and budgets for multiple projects at once.
- Team Supervision: Supervise Survey Technicians and field crews.
- Technical Skills: Utilize Civil 3D, MicroStation, Leica, Trimble, and GPS/RTK technology.

Compensation and Benefits
