The successful candidate will manage and perform design-related surveying projects using relevant software, modeling, and CADD technology.



Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple mid-sized projects, small projects, or large projects simultaneously.
  • Client Development: Maintain superior relationships with clients and cross-sell Timmons Group services.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and bill clients.
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Manage project schedules and budgets for multiple projects at once.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise Survey Technicians and field crews.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Civil 3D, MicroStation, Leica, Trimble, and GPS/RTK technology.

  • Software Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Civil 3D), data reduction software (e.g., Leica), and machine control models.


Compensation and Benefits
