Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales positions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales positions locally and out-of-state.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and virtual/in-person interviews.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve results.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
