Laundry Attendant Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating large machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services and activities
  • Operate large machinery, such as weighing scales, professional washers, and dryers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sorting and folding linens
  • Transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and ensure compliance with resort standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a related job or industry
  • High School / GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Physical ability to move large and heavy objects
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, vibrations, humidity, cold, heat, dust, and noise
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures and recognize and act in emergency situations
