Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Manager to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Laundry Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, dry, sort, press, and fold fabrics, treating stained fabrics and removing damaged ones.
  • Evaluate the work of Laundry Attendants and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor supply inventory and requisition tools, equipment, and supplies from management.
  • Assist in maintaining reports, including production poundage, discards, and bio-hazards.
  • Track and document all discards, ensuring compliance with HGV policies and procedures.
  • Complete all checklists and forms associated with training on washers, dryers, steam press, and folders, adhering to property policy.
  • Review and understand the safety data sheets (SDS) binder pertaining to all chemicals, ensuring adherence to safety requirements.
  • Inspect linen and terry products, reporting any safety issues to management.
  • Follow HGV rules and regulations for safe and efficient operation.
  • Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in this or a related job.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
  • Previous hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.
  • 2+ Years experience in this or a related job is preferred.
  • High School / GED is required.
