Behavioral Support Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Support Coordinator to join our team at Live Life Full, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral support services to individuals with various challenges.

Your primary focus will be on delivering direct service daily, including crisis interventions and weekly contact. You will also establish and maintain positive relationships with community liaisons and partners, promote the program in a positive manner to elicit referrals, and participate in weekly clinical supervision.

You will be required to maintain an accurate list of caseloads, submit Restraint Forms and Incident Reports to the Executive Director, and ensure that every Incident Report is completed immediately after the incident.

In addition, you will be responsible for completing assigned documentation daily using sound clinical documentation and abide by all agency, Medicaid, and licensure standards. This includes submitting progress notes daily and completing discharge summaries for all clients on your caseload within 5 days of discharge.

You will also be involved in the development of ISPs for clients on your caseload and attend scheduled and Mandatory Staff Supervision and organizational meetings. Other duties as assigned.

To qualify for this position, you must possess a valid driving license and maintain an acceptable driving record. You must also own and operate an insurable and registered vehicle, be CPR and First Aid certified, and have a successful completion of a criminal background check.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in the Human Service field or minimum 1-year experience providing direct services to adults with various mental challenges.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driving license and acceptable driving record.
  • Own and operate an insurable and registered vehicle.
  • Succesful completion of a criminal background check.
