Job Overview

Baltic Street Wellness Solutions is a State Mandated Organization committed to providing peer recovery, person-centered, trauma-informed, and compassionate services to individuals with mental health lived experience.

We are seeking a skilled Peer Bridger to join our team, promoting empowerment, self-advocacy, and self-esteem through shared experiences. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
  • Provide mental health services within the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, fostering a supportive environment for participants.
  • Advocate for participant civil rights and liberties, promoting their autonomy and well-being.
  • Document all services delivered to participants according to agency policies, utilizing Acclaim (Foothold) database effectively.
Requirements

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and APS certification or submission of application for certification within 6 months of hire. Additionally, successful candidates must have:

  • Experience or training in Peer Advocacy and Self-Help Techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with proficiency in using office software.
  • The ability to complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • A commitment to maintaining a positive interagency relationship and working collaboratively with other organizations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including ongoing trainings and workshops designed to enhance your skills and expertise.
