About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Hyde Park location. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction by consistently providing a positive and friendly experience.
    • Develop strong relationships with our customers and have a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
    • Act with confidence and professionalism when addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Be responsive and timely in resolving customer complaints and concerns.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  • Operations
    • Perform daily office responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the financial center.
    • Maintain accurate records and balance accounts in accordance with bank policies.
    • Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures and communicate changes to colleagues.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Referrals
    • Meet or exceed sales referral targets by consistently identifying and referring customers to relevant products and services.
    • Develop a strong understanding of our retail products and services and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
    • Utilize sales tools and dashboards to track referral progress and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Work Environment
    • Normal office environment with extended periods of computer screen use.
