Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Mr. Appliance. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences for customers with broken appliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and empathize with customers to understand their appliance repair needs.
  • Respond to customer emails and schedule in-home service appointments with our trained Appliance Repair Technicians.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed.
  • Order and receive parts to ensure efficient use of company materials.
  • Enter data into our company software to track customer interactions and repair appointments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good telephone communication skills and basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Previous office experience is a plus.
