Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the loaner vehicle process in collaboration with service advisors and clients
  • Conduct audits to ensure accurate inventory and vehicle location tracking
  • Inform advisors of any adverse conditions affecting loaner vehicles or extended loan durations
  • Promote the Subaru Love Promise consistently with clients and staff
  • Warmly greet and assist all service clients promptly in the service area, embodying our brand's values
  • Engage with service customers to assess their mechanical issues and service requirements
  • Gather essential information through inquiries and test drives to assist technicians
  • Document necessary maintenance and repairs accurately for technician review
  • Process warranty claims for clients efficiently
  • Respond to phone inquiries regarding ongoing work and appointments, ensuring timely communication
  • Proactively address potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the USA
  • Clean driving record with insurability
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests
