Job Overview

As a Reach Back Senior Counterintelligence Analyst with JCTM, you will play a critical role in providing intelligence support for missions that shape and protect national security efforts. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing critical intelligence related to regional threats, networks, and operations with a focus on the Afghanistan/SWA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze regional threats, specifically in Afghanistan and Southwest Asia (SWA), with a focus on network and HUMINT analysis.
  • Develop high-quality intelligence products for operational use using advanced intelligence automation and computer applications.
  • Brief senior leadership (O6 level or above) on intelligence assessments, providing strategic-level analysis to support decision-making.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts in the development of intelligence products and assessments, ensuring the continuous improvement of team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multiple intelligence disciplines including SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT, integrating them to develop comprehensive threat assessments.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI with CI scope Polygraph or willingness to undergo CI scope polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree OR at least eight years of direct, relevant intelligence analyst experience.
  • 8+ years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies with previous service in MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, 0211 (CI/HUMINT Specialist), 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF – 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst, or other DoD joint service intelligence codes.
  • Expert knowledge of Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer applications and intelligence automation systems for analytical product development.
  • Experience in briefing senior leadership (O6 level or above).
  • Strong mentoring skills, with a track record of effectively guiding junior and mid-level analysts.
