Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SOSi. As a key member of our intelligence analytical team, you will provide analysis support to military and DoD civilian analysts in support of J2 analytical requirements in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze all-source reporting to identify individuals of CI concern and proactively identify insider threats and Military CI Collection (MCC) leads.
- Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools to support CI operations.
- Conduct analysis to develop actionable products and provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR).
- Support CI operations by identifying Military Source Operations (MSO) leads and providing analytical support to operations.
- Manage RFIs by entering data into the RFI tracker, tracking statuses, and detailing the response as required.
- Receive, vet, prioritize, and process SOCOM, SOF, USAREUR-AF, or other applicable customer requirements.
- Delegate requirements to analysts and track progress, compiling analytical products and performing QC.
- Brief customers on final products and serve as Contractor Team Lead, ensuring all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship.
- Active in scope TS/SCI clearance with CI scope Polygraph or willingness to undergo CI scope polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or at least eight (8) years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.
- At least eight (8) years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A or equivalent specialty codes.
- Expert knowledge in Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis.
- Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O-6 level.
- Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
- Master's degree.
- OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
- CI/HUMINT analytical experience.
