Key Responsibilities- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis of borrowers in the Digital Infrastructure industry, identifying key transaction risks and exercising sound credit judgment.
- Financial Modeling: Prepare and oversee the preparation of credit analyses and credit investigations, providing direction and guidance to credit analysts and officers.
- Loan Structuring: Assist with negotiations concerning the packaging of credit arrangements, providing coaching on negotiation strategy, financing approaches, or other specific credit issues.
- Account Servicing: Take a lead role in managing credit administration, account servicing, development, loan structuring, packaging, loan closing, documentation, and monitoring.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain expertise in assigned industries or market sectors, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive environments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 8 years of credit experience in the banking industry required.
