Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Provide expert lash and skincare services, including soft touch and medical grade treatments, to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for lash and skincare services.
  • Product Sales: Prescribe and sell Revision Skincare products to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, peers, and management through approved company platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales quotas and meet company cleanliness standards.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest lash and skincare techniques and products.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by documenting treatments and using before and after pictures to showcase results.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles and contribute to the growth and success of Lash and Company.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Completion of esthetician training program and ongoing education in lash and skincare techniques.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on lash and skincare services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work one weekend day per week.
