Lash and Company is seeking a skilled Esthetician - Lash Artist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing top-notch lash and skincare services.

• Provide expert lash and skincare services, including soft touch and medical grade treatments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Utilize before and after photos to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments.
• Maintain a professional and courteous bedside manner at all times.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

• 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of lash and skincare services, including product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a weekend day.
