Lash and Beauty Specialist

Lash and Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Professional to join our team as an Esthetician - Lash Artist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing expert lash and skincare services, and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional client consultations, from greeting to closing, to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved Lash and Company electronic devices.
• Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens and sell recommended products to each client based on their unique needs, utilizing Revision Skincare expertise.
• Achieve sales quotas from month to month, participating in company-driven product sales competitions.
• Maintain an 80% booking average after 6 months of employment.
• Attend continuing education workshops, classes, and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through approved company platforms.
• Meet Lash and Company cleanliness standards.

• Proficiency in all soft touch and medical grade services on the lash and company service menu.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
