Nuestro Supervisor de Operaciones Culinarias también desempeñará un papel clave en el cumplimiento de los requisitos presupuestarios y en la ejecución de los programas proporcionados por la empresa.

COMPENSACIÓN: El rango salarial para esta posición oscila entre $60,000 y $70,000, dependiendo de circunstancias como las habilidades y calificaciones del solicitante, ciertos títulos y certificaciones, experiencia laboral previa, datos del mercado y otros factores relevantes. La compensación adicional puede incluir un bono o comisión (si corresponde). Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • Capacitar y gestionar al personal de cocina y supervisar/coordinador todas las actividades culinarias relacionadas.
  • Estimar el consumo de alimentos y requisitar o comprar los mismos.
  • Seleccionar y desarrollar recetas, así como estandarizar las recetas de producción para asegurar una calidad consistente.
  • Establecer técnicas de presentación y estándares de calidad, así como planificar y fijar precios de menús.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento/mantenimiento del equipo y garantizar la seguridad y sanidad adecuadas en la cocina.
  • Supervisar eventos de catering especiales y también puede ofrecer instrucción culinaria y/o demostrar técnicas culinarias.

Calificaciones
  • Se requiere de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en una posición relacionada.
  • Se requiere de 2 a 3 años de educación post-secundaria o experiencia equivalente.
  • Se prefiere título culinario.
  • Se requiere conocimiento avanzado de los principios y prácticas dentro de la profesión alimentaria.
  • Se requiere conocimiento experiencial en la gestión de personas y/o problemas.
  • Se requieren habilidades de comunicación oral, lectura y escritura.
