Job Description

As a Termite Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in understanding Orkin's termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to identify potential issues.
  • Solving problems and building trusted relationships with customers to ensure their homes and families are protected.
  • Adeptly listening to customer needs and clearly explaining practical solutions to win them over with confidence and care.

You will also be responsible for scheduling sales appointments, meeting with potential customers, inspecting properties, and making recommendations based on your findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you excel.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
