Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated individual who excels in relationship-building and career guidance. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students through the enrollment journey, from initial inquiries to orientation.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate engaging Career Planning Sessions weekly, which include campus tours and comprehensive discussions about program details, fees, and admissions requirements.
- Assess and determine eligibility for prospective students.
- Collaborate closely with the campus start team, including the Financial Aid Officer and campus Director.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, and text messaging.
- Implement follow-up strategies to encourage campus tours for prospects in the enrollment pipeline.
- Develop and execute nurturing plans for all prospects and enrolled students, utilizing various communication methods to keep them engaged.
- Coordinate and conduct enrollment agreement signings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in the Recruitment Database.
- Preferred background in sales.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
