Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily and weekly 5S routines to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement KAIZEN improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as drawings and blueprints.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
