Clinical Nurse II/III

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse II/III to join our team at Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems. As a Clinical Nurse II/III, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for compact state licensure.
- 12-24 months of RN experience for Clinical Nurse II or 3 years of clinical experience for Clinical Nurse III.
- Academic Health Care Experience and experience with similar patient populations in acute care settings or applicable areas of practice.
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program.
- Certification in a specialty area.
