This individual will be responsible for the overall management of a university-owned chapter house, providing on-site monitoring of residential facilities, daily interaction with student members, and communication with various offices and campus partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site monitoring of residential facilities and ensure a safe and healthy living environment
  • Develop and implement programs to promote leadership development, community engagement, and academic success among fraternity and sorority members
  • Collaborate with campus partners to provide support services and resources to students
  • Manage chapter house operations, including budgeting, facilities maintenance, and risk management
  • Build and maintain relationships with fraternity and sorority leaders, advisors, and national organizations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as student personnel, college administration, or higher education
  • 1 year of experience working with fraternities and sororities, preferably in a residence hall or group living situation
  • Excellent administrative and advising skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Computer skills, particularly experience with databases and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with leadership development programs and educational initiatives
  • Knowledge of fraternity and sorority life, including chapter operations, risk management, and community engagement
