- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets in terms of Revenue, Gross Profit %, Gross Profit Dollars, and new revenue generation.
- Engage with and strengthen relationships with current Offix clients, ensuring adherence to Offix's Customer Interaction standards.
- Meet Offix's minimum activity benchmarks as specified in our Activity Level documentation and through regular one-on-one meetings with your supervisor.
- Timely and accurately enter data into our CRM system to enhance the opportunity pipeline.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, prospects, and colleagues through various communication channels.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales call plan.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Conduct visits to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage in new business development activities, including cold calling, scheduling appointments, and creating solution proposals for presentations.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their specific needs.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of all Offix product offerings.
- Participate in product and solution demonstrations.
- Update the CRM system daily with all sales-related activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for both existing clients and new business opportunities.

- Conduct sales activities, including needs assessments and system design to support the sale of more profitable products in the connected environment.
- Implement the company's marketing strategy to cultivate a loyal and profitable customer base, ensuring ongoing revenue from support, supplies, and services.
- Join professional organizations that provide networking opportunities, such as local chambers of commerce or industry-specific groups.
- Communicate effectively and accurately with clients and company personnel.
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and Offix-sponsored networking events.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling objections, installations, and training key operators.
- Adhere to and promote Company Values, strategies, and objectives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales (experience in the office product industry is preferred).
- Exceptional selling skills, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and a consistent ability to follow up on leads.
