As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by installing tires and performing various services at their homes and places of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic tire services, including mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, and oil changes.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the installation process, and fully understanding customer needs.
  • Demonstrating proficient knowledge of our products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Working as part of the Tire Discounters team with the store network and customer service.
  • Enjoying daily independence on your route, safely driving the van between appointments, and representing Tire Discounters proudly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Strong experience servicing vehicles and utilizing professional equipment.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Previous tire installation experience and vehicle service experience (if not, we are happy to train).
  • ASE certified preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • This position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting.
  • Ability to lift 85 pounds.
  • Working conditions occasionally involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.
