Job Description

Job Summary

Pathlight Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Shared Living to oversee and coordinate the care provided to individuals in our Shared Living homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of life possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the care provided to individuals in our Shared Living homes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Foster a nurturing and safe environment for those we support
  • Provide support, resources, and guidance to Shared Living Caregivers
  • Maintain a caseload of clients and work to meet their individual needs

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of a discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration, and case management
  • 4-year college education, holding a bachelor's degree or above
  • Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required
  • Acceptable CORI Background Screen
  • Position requires travel for home visits to our Shared Living homes
