About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Live Stream design team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our real-time video platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop 0-1 experiences as part of a rapidly growing program
  • Collaborate and lead strategic alignment with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers
  • Contribute to enhancing the design practice, leveraging the EVO design system, and designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and desktop platforms
  • Lead thoughtful and human-centered solutions for both short-term outcomes and long-term vision
Requirements
  • Product Design ** professional experience designing for software within complex company ecosystems, demonstrating a hands-on approach to delivering end-to-end customer experiences
  • Passion for craft, leveraging competitive analysis, user research, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, storytelling, new tool and technology experimentation
  • Data driven, building customer-centric solutions backed by analytics and user research
  • Cross-functional collaboration, working directly with product managers, engineers, user researchers, content designers, and program managers
  • Curiosity for personal and professional growth, always learning new ways to uplevel your craft, work with others, and deliver business impact
  • Exemplary portfolio, showcasing your product design expertise and outcomes you have delivered
