Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Prototyping: Lead the development, prototyping, and testing of information architectures for web-based and mobile products.
  • User Experience: Create and refine intuitive user experiences using advanced design principles.

  • Wireframes and Specifications: Translate concepts into detailed wireframes, user flow diagrams, and design specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present design solutions and user needs to key stakeholders.
  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the end-user experience.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Product Management to refine user stories and product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall platform vision.
  • Design Fidelity: Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed designs for product development and stakeholder discussions.
  • Engineering Guidance: Provide expert guidance during development and testing, leading usability and acceptance testing with external users.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including UX research, interaction design, and user interfaces.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile development practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in designing applications that handle large volumes of information.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of relational and nonSQL databases, schemas, command line interfaces, APIs, search technologies, cloud computing, and remote storage technologies.
