Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient information via phone, in-person, or online
- Verify patient eligibility and discuss ABN notices as needed
- Collect, secure, and post patient payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth registration processes

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles preferred
- Understanding of insurance concepts a plus
