Deaconess is a renowned healthcare provider seeking an experienced Surgical Nurse to join its esteemed team. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the institution's mission.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care throughout the surgical process.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to patient care
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- A current Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
