We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Leader to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Charge Nurse on our Pediatric Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated nurses.

About the Role

This is a full-time, night shift position that requires 12-hour shifts. As a Pediatric Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and advocating for the needs of our pediatric patients
  • Leading and mentoring a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
