We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Leader to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Charge Nurse on our Pediatric Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated nurses.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, night shift position that requires 12-hour shifts. As a Pediatric Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and advocating for the needs of our pediatric patients
- Leading and mentoring a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
