Food Safety Improvement Associate Manager

About Us: Factor_, a brand under HelloFresh, is on the lookout for a Food Safety Improvement Associate Manager to enhance our operations.

Your Role:
  • Act as a Food Safety Continuous Improvement Associate Manager across various production facilities, including both internal and external fulfillment sites.
    • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive project list aimed at enhancing processes and protocols related to Food Safety.
    • Contribute to ongoing SQF site-level initiatives.
    • Support Food Safety-related projects that drive brand expansion.
    • Facilitate the standardization of Food Safety processes and protocols throughout the network.
    • Employ structured problem-solving and effective process design skills to enhance operations concerning product safety.
    • Utilize proficient project management and communication strategies to ensure successful change management.
    • Drive improvements in KPIs through structured methodologies such as The Pareto Principle, DMAIC, and other Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
    • This position may require travel of 30% to 60% to maintain a consistent presence at the necessary distribution centers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, or other data management/visualization tools is preferred.
  • Background in logistics, packaging, or shipping operations is beneficial.
