- Evaluate student performance through various assessment tools, maintaining precise records of academic growth.
- Utilize data to assess instructional needs and implement effective teaching practices.
- Establish learning objectives and develop lesson plans that promote continuous academic success.
- Familiarize oneself with the Student Assistance Team (SAT) process and Multi-layered Systems of Support (MLSS).
- Work in conjunction with classroom teachers to provide data-driven insights for student support.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance pedagogical knowledge and instructional strategies.
- Offer guidance to classroom teachers on best practices within the area of expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Education or related field.
- National Board Certification.
- Specialized training in relevant content areas or endorsements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with community resources, educational systems, and legal requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of district policies regarding student health and safety.
- Understanding of laws and regulations impacting education.
- Effective classroom management techniques.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education.
- Valid Level 2 or Level 3 Education License.
- A minimum of five years of teaching experience across elementary, middle, or high school settings.
- Extensive knowledge of core academic subjects.
- Familiarity with state and district educational standards.
- Currently highly qualified for the designated educational level.
