  • Analyze data to identify and select at-risk students for intervention programs.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with educators, administrators, and families regarding student placement and progress.
  • Evaluate student performance through various assessment tools, maintaining precise records of academic growth.
  • Utilize data to assess instructional needs and implement effective teaching practices.
  • Establish learning objectives and develop lesson plans that promote continuous academic success.
  • Familiarize oneself with the Student Assistance Team (SAT) process and Multi-layered Systems of Support (MLSS).
  • Work in conjunction with classroom teachers to provide data-driven insights for student support.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance pedagogical knowledge and instructional strategies.
  • Offer guidance to classroom teachers on best practices within the area of expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Education or related field.
  • National Board Certification.
  • Specialized training in relevant content areas or endorsements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with community resources, educational systems, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of district policies regarding student health and safety.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations impacting education.
  • Effective classroom management techniques.
  • Capacity to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education.
  • Valid Level 2 or Level 3 Education License.
  • A minimum of five years of teaching experience across elementary, middle, or high school settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of core academic subjects.
  • Familiarity with state and district educational standards.
  • Currently highly qualified for the designated educational level.
