Role of Our Technicians

Our technicians are essential to our operations, ensuring that families can enjoy camping and create lasting memories. As a key part of our service team, you will significantly contribute to the exceptional experience we offer our customers and the ongoing success of our service center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on both new and pre-owned RVs, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing systems. Note that chassis and engine servicing are not included.
  • Receive RV-specific training and certifications provided by General RV; ASE certification is not required.
  • Clearly communicate technical issues to customers and outline the necessary repair processes.
  • Uphold the company's quality standards in all service tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in technical fields such as electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry is highly preferred.
  • Candidates must possess their own tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
