We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Kansas City Downtown.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all financial transactions, including credit card transactions, financial records, and cash drawer activity.
  • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences at the property.
Qualifications:
  • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
  • Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor, or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
