Our property, Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay by responding to inquiries, processing reservations and check-ins, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  • Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
  • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.

Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly.
