Job Title: PT Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused PT Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique and personalized shopping experience for each customer.
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs.
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer service.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety.
  • Process all POS transactions accurately, providing information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position.
