Job Title: PLM Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a PLM Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Siemens PLM products to existing and new clients, building sales of engineering services and PLM projects, and developing a sustainable sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Siemens PLM CAD, ECAD, CAM, and PLM products to both existing and new clients
  • Build sales of engineering services and PLM projects
  • Develop a sustainable sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, product, business operations, sales, support, and success teams
  • Define and work with marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel leads, pipeline, and deal progression
  • Ensure executive alignment and relationship building between client and partner executive teams
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Track, measure, and report-out on channel effectiveness against targets and adjust programs and strategies as necessary

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years+ of software sales experience
  • Ability to hunt new accounts and farm existing ones
  • CRM experience, preferably with MS Dynamics
  • Self-starter with good presentation skills
  • Travel up to 50% within territory
