Job Title: Sales Associate

Forever 21 is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through effective selling techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, processing sales transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
