A key position within our team is available for a highly skilled Compensation Analyst, supporting payroll operations in the Aurora, Colorado region. This role involves managing weekly payroll processes for approximately 3,000 individuals. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly during peak workload periods on Monday and Tuesday.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll with precision and accuracy.
  • Analyze and calculate payments to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate in entering time data to maintain accuracy.
  • Enter PTO, Per Diem, retro pay, late time, and pay adjustments efficiently.
  • Verify employment from creditors with diligence.
  • Scan and index payroll documents into secure storage.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working across multiple states, proficiency in Viewpoint software, and a strong background in payroll, preferably within the Construction industry. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary, along with effective teamwork and initiative.

In this role, you will work with diverse time zones and must demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy. The estimated salary range for this position is $26-31 per hour.
