Overview

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holidays.

Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective treatment plans using evidence-based methods. You will work collaboratively with the client's treatment team, families, and other agencies as needed. Your primary goal will be to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide training and coaching to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with clients' treatment teams and families to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources
  • Conduct supervision in clients' homes and through telehealth

Requirements:

  • Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
  • Must complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
  • Valid drivers' license and current insurance required
  • Bilingual is an asset
