About Soar Autism Center

We are a network of interdisciplinary clinics that provide life-shaping services to children with autism, prioritizing early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive learning. Our focus is on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

We currently operate in multiple locations, including the Denver metro area and Phoenix metro area.

This role is designed for individuals actively pursuing their coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and accruing practicum hours. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to gain hands-on experience and build your skills.

Job Summary

The ABA Case Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, participating in ESDM-specific trainings, and writing Behavior Intervention Plans using the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT). You will also conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings, support new client assessments, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Case Supervision:
    • Supervise 3-4 client cases (15-20 hours/week)
    • Update client goals and programming using our electronic data collection platform
    • Provide direct supervision to RBTs
  • Direct Client Therapy:
    • Conduct direct client therapy (20-25 hours/week)
  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to enhance your clinical skillset
    • Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
    • Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support
    • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABA
  • Have ~400-600 hours remaining to complete all practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to plan effectively
  • Build strong relationships with families as a behavior therapist
  • Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and coaching RBTs
  • Show a willingness to learn and grow while accepting feedback
