About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Resident Relations Specialist to join our team at PulteGroup. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents have an exceptional experience in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents with their needs and concerns
  • Organize and lead community events and activities
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote a positive community image
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Basic proficiency in using computer systems and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year
