Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Providence Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. in Woodland Hills, California. As a Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will spend your entire shift on the phone scheduling appointments for our advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of telephone appointment setting experience and strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, following up with individuals who express interest but are not ready to schedule an appointment immediately, and demonstrating a genuine love for talking on the phone and engaging with potential clients.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, six personal days per year, six sick days per year, commission bonuses, paid holidays, and fully covered health insurance for the employee.
