- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a technical discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of related experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally.
